A chewing gum machine that sells individual eyelashes on a silk pillow instead of chewing gum.

Something Meaningful was created for an exhibition titled “Ich kann gerad nicht ich hab andere Sorgen” meaning “ I can’t right now I’ve got other worries” in KunstHaus Potsdam. This sculpture plays on the theme of worry and fear and how through throwing a 1 euro coin into the machine, you can purchase a wish or hold onto an everlasting eyelash.
